Refund policy
 We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for store credit.
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.
- Orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged the original shipping fee to re-ship.Â
- Please note that once package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for any loss, theft or undeliverable packages. All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of USPS.
- Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept exchanges within 7 business days of receipt as long as they meet the Returns & Exchange Guidelines stated in our policy.
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Â
ShippingÂ
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to STEY-LEX and for re-shipping for exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your order may return it for store credit.Â
