      Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

      Shipping Times & Rates

      We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – FREE
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – $8.99

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at ssteylex@gmail.com
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at ssteylex@gmail.com If your order has not been shipped, we will update the address.
  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at ssteylex@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
